Incharz (Servotech EV Infra), one of India’s rapidly growing operators of EV charging stations, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL), a joint venture between RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. The agreement aims to significantly enhance the electric vehicle charging infrastructure throughout Greater Noida.

The MoU was officially signed by Sanket Srivastava, Head of PMS & Sustainability at NPCL, and Prem Prakash, CEO of Incharz. This strategic alliance represents an important move toward advancing India’s clean mobility objectives by making EV charging more accessible and efficient in busy urban areas.

As part of the partnership, both organizations will collaborate to identify and develop EV charging points at key locations such as corporate offices, residential communities, commercial centers, and hospitals. NPCL will assist in recommending suitable sites and coordinating with electricity distribution companies to streamline setup processes, reducing time and costs.

In the initial phase, the partnership has already installed EV charging stations in two residential complexes in Greater Noida. At Stellar Jeevan, 7.4 kW and 10 kW AC chargers were installed, while Ace Divino features a 40 kW DC charger alongside a 10 kW AC charger capable of charging three two-wheelers simultaneously.

Prem Prakash, CEO of Incharz, said, “This collaboration with NPCL is a major milestone in our mission to create a smart, scalable EV charging network across the country. It supports Servotech’s broader goal to promote solar energy and develop cleaner urban environments. By speeding up infrastructure growth and ensuring easy access to EV chargers, we are helping to build a future where electric vehicles are the norm. Our ambition goes beyond carbon neutrality—we want to actively support India’s shift towards becoming a carbon-negative country. This MoU is a significant step toward that vision.”

Sanket Srivastava of NPCL added, “We are excited to work with Servotech EV Infra to bolster clean mobility in Greater Noida. As we push for wider adoption of green energy, this partnership will play a crucial role in making EV charging more available, dependable, and widespread.”
