SEKISUI CHEMICAL CO, led by President Keita Kato, has revealed plans to build its sixth manufacturing facility in India. This new plant will be located in Pune, Maharashtra, and will produce injection-molded components for the automotive industry under SEKISUI DLJM MOLDING PRIVATE LIMITED. The investment for the new facility is estimated at $3 million, with operations set to begin in January 2026.
This expansion is part of SEKISUI CHEMICAL’s strategy to bolster its injection molding business, which plays a pivotal role within its High Performance Plastics division.
