Schneider Electric, known for its role in transforming energy management and automation worldwide, has introduced two new product lines aimed at enhancing home automation and energy efficiency.
The ‘Wiser 2.0’ series offers smart home automation designed to be easy to use and expand as needed. It aims to streamline daily tasks through automation features.
Additionally, Schneider Electric has launched the ‘Miluz Lara’ switches and sockets range, which includes advanced features such as air quality indicators providing real-time air quality data.
Deepak Sharma, Zone President for Greater India, highlighted the importance of these innovations in meeting the increasing energy demands expected in the coming years. He emphasized their contribution to India’s vision of self-reliance, supported by local manufacturing.
Sumati Sahgal, Vice-President for Retail at Schneider Electric India, noted that these products are tailored to meet the diverse needs of homeowners, developers, and electricians. She highlighted their focus on safety and durability, making them suitable for new constructions and residential markets.
Looking ahead, Schneider Electric India aims to significantly increase its revenue in the wiring devices business over the next three years, driven by this new product lineup and future innovations.
