Schaeffler India has opened applications for the 2025 edition of its Social Innovator Fellowship Program, a platform designed to support young individuals working on practical solutions to pressing social and environmental challenges. The initiative is part of the company’s broader community outreach program, HOPE, which focuses on health, skill-building, heritage preservation, and environmental sustainability.
This year, ten selected participants between the ages of 18 and 35 will receive financial support of ₹1.75 lakh each, along with access to a 24-week blended learning and mentorship program conducted in partnership with IIMA Ventures. The fellowship aims to equip participants with the skills and tools needed to grow their ideas and extend their reach.
In addition to funding and expert guidance, fellows will be introduced to Schaeffler India’s broader innovation ecosystem, offering them opportunities to collaborate, learn, and connect with professionals and peers in related fields.
The program seeks individuals developing practical, tech-enabled solutions with the potential to create lasting impact in sectors such as clean energy, public health, rural livelihoods, and waste management. Through this initiative, Schaeffler India hopes to encourage long-term change and contribute to building stronger, more resilient communities.
