SatSure, a Bengaluru-based leader in satellite Earth Observation (EO) and Decision Intelligence, has announced a strategic alliance with Dhruva Space, a Hyderabad-based full-stack space solutions provider. The two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to combine their cutting-edge, indigenous technologies across the upstream and downstream segments of the Space value chain. This partnership will offer high-reliability, homegrown solutions to both strategic and commercial stakeholders.
By joining forces, SatSure and Dhruva Space aim to provide a one-stop-shop for the growing global demand for Space-based observation services. The collaboration will merge SatSure’sKaleidEO analytical solutions with Dhruva Space’s expertise in small satellite platforms, critical subsystems, and system integration.

SatSure, known for its demand-driven approach to increasing Space Technology adoption among non-traditional commercial users, launched its subsidiary, KaleidEO, in 2022. KaleidEO has since developed two high-resolution optical and multi-spectral payloads.
Dhruva Space, which has established a strong reputation in the Space industry over the past four years, is expanding its infrastructure with a state-of-the-art 280,000 square-foot spacecraft manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. This facility is set to meet the growing global demand for satellite platforms and Space-enabled services. It is the first of its kind in India and is designed to support spacecraft design, engineering, assembly, integration, and testing for satellites weighing up to 500 kg. This partnership will deliver fully indigenous solutions, from payload development to platform deployment, providing faster and more cost-effective access to high-quality Earth Observation data for a wide range of sectors.
