SANY, a leading manufacturer of construction, road, mining, logistics, and energy equipment, has unveiled its latest road machinery innovation – the SSR110C-10 PRO Vibratory Soil Compactor. Built at SANY India’s advanced Pune facility, the new machine combines rugged reliability with operator comfort, ensuring outstanding performance across diverse and challenging terrains. The launch reinforces SANY India’s commitment to advancing infrastructure development in the country.
The SSR110C-10 PRO comes with an operating weight of 11,200 kg, a robust 132 HP fuel-efficient 4-cylinder water-cooled engine, and advanced dual-frequency vibration technology. It delivers a 295 N/cm static linear load, ensuring deep and uniform compaction. An optional compaction meter provides real-time soil density feedback, helping operators achieve precision while reducing over- or under-compaction.
The machine offers a nominal amplitude of 1.8 mm and 0.9 mm, centrifugal forces of 264 kN and 165 kN, a drum width of 2,134 mm, maximum travel speed of 25 km/h, and gradeability of 36%. A large 240-litre fuel tank enables extended operational hours. Ergonomic operator stations, touchscreen controls, MachineLink+ telematics, and a service-friendly layout enhance efficiency, reliability, and return on investment.
