Sanghvi Movers Limited, India’s largest and the world’s third-largest crane rental company, has reported a strong financial performance for the first quarter of FY27, supported by higher project activity, a growing order book and continued expansion in international markets.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company posted revenue from operations of ₹380 crore, registering a 39% increase from ₹273 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. EBITDA rose 30% year-on-year to ₹139 crore from ₹107 crore, while profit after tax increased 30% to ₹65 crore from ₹50 crore. The company reported an EBITDA margin of 37% and a PAT margin of 17%, reflecting healthy operational efficiency.

Sanghvi Movers continued to strengthen its business pipeline during the quarter. Its consolidated order book rose to ₹1,253 crore as of July 24, 2026, compared with ₹1,053 crore recorded on May 14, 2026, representing a 19% increase in just over ten weeks. The strong inflow of new projects from Sanghvi Movers Limited and Sangreen Future Renewables Private Limited provides improved revenue visibility for the coming quarters.

The company also achieved key milestones across its international operations. In Botswana, all crane deployment and commissioning activities were completed on schedule, demonstrating efficient project execution. The company also repatriated US$1.1 million to India from its Botswana operations. In Saudi Arabia, the business delivered cumulative EBITDA-positive performance, marking another important step in strengthening its presence in the Middle East.

During the quarter, Sanghvi Movers invested ₹92 crore as part of its planned FY27 capital expenditure programme of ₹652 crore. The investment is being used to expand and modernise the crane fleet across India and Saudi Arabia, enabling the company to meet rising demand from infrastructure, renewable energy and industrial projects. The company also completed the modernisation of its corporate headquarters, creating a more efficient and collaborative workplace to support future growth.

Commenting on the results, the management said FY26 marked an important phase in the company’s transformation with expansion into new markets and stronger execution across its core crane rental business. Building on that momentum, the first quarter of FY27 delivered robust growth in revenue and profitability while maintaining a healthy order pipeline. The company also secured fresh orders in Qatar and continued project execution in Botswana during the quarter.

Sanghvi Movers said its Elevate 2030 growth strategy continues to guide its long-term expansion. The company is strengthening its presence across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East and North Africa region while expanding its renewable energy business through Sangreen Future Renewables. With disciplined capital allocation, a strong order book and continued focus on operational excellence, the company remains well positioned to deliver sustainable growth and create long-term value for its stakeholders.

Headquartered in Pune, Sanghvi Movers operates a fleet of more than 500 cranes with lifting capacities ranging from 20 metric tonnes to 1,600 metric tonnes. The company provides heavy-lift, material handling and project logistics solutions across sectors including renewable energy, infrastructure, power, steel, cement, petrochemicals and construction, with operations spanning India, Saudi Arabia and Botswana.
