Founded in 1989, Sanghvi Movers Limited (SML) is a pioneer in the crane rental industry. It offers integrated heavy-lifting solutions to diverse sectors, including power, steel, cement, fertilizers, petrochemicals, refineries, metros, and wind energy. The company operates a fleet of over 400 high-capacity cranes, ranging from 20 to 1600 metric tons, deployed across 130+ operational job sites in India.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, equipping him with the knowledge and leadership acumen to guide SML’s continued expansion. In his new role, Gaurang Desai will focus on strengthening SML’s market position, fostering innovation, and driving the company’s next growth phase in the infrastructure, power, oil & gas, and construction sectors.
