Rossell Techsys, the Aerospace and Defense division of Rossell India Limited, has announced the appointment of Senthil Balasubramanian as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr Balasubramanian brings with him more than 30 years of global leadership experience across North America and Asia, making him a key strategic addition to the company’s leadership team.
A seasoned industry professional, Mr Balasubramanian has held pivotal roles in globally recognized aerospace organizations, managing large-scale operations that span manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality functions. During his tenure at Collins Aerospace, Mr Balasubramanian oversaw complex multi-site operations and was responsible for manufacturing and product lines generating over $800 million in annual revenue. His leadership significantly advanced operational efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery across key aerospace platforms.
At ITT Interconnect Solutions, he served as Country General Manager in Mexico, where he managed full P&L responsibilities and led operations delivering critical components for leading aerospace companies including Boeing and Airbus. His strategic oversight helped streamline production and enhance customer relationships in a competitive global environment.
Most recently, Mr Balasubramanian served as Vice President of Global Operations at Ultra Maritime, where he led the production of sonobuoys across five international facilities for the U.S. Navy. His role demanded high standards of quality, efficiency, and delivery in support of complex defense programs.
Mr Balasubramanian holds dual Master’s degrees in Engineering and Business Administration, both from institutions in the United States, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. His career is marked by a consistent focus on operational excellence, business transformation, and high-performance execution in technologically demanding industries. Mr Balasubramanian’s appointment marks a new chapter in Rossell Techsys’ journey as it continues to build world-class capabilities in electrical wiring interconnect systems (EWIS), systems integration, and electronic manufacturing for global aerospace and defense customers.
