Rodic Consultants, a prominent player in engineering and digital infrastructure consulting, has unveiled a new strategic division, Rodic Advisory & Technology, aimed at driving data-informed decision-making in governance and policy. This new initiative marks a key milestone in the company’s mission to shape the future of infrastructure and governance through a combination of innovative policies, strategic advisory, and effective implementation.
Rodic Advisory & Technology is designed to function as a specialized think tank, collaborating with government bodies, multilateral organizations, and public sector entities to promote transformative reforms in infrastructure, urban development, asset monetization, and sector-specific policies. By combining engineering expertise, digital technology, and institutional knowledge, the division will introduce a fresh approach to public sector advisory that emphasizes data-driven decision-making and practical implementation aligned with India’s evolving policy landscape.
The newly launched division will offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to meet the evolving needs of clients across various sectors. A key component will be its Data-Driven Advisory, which utilizes real-time operational data to provide actionable insights, empowering decision-makers with timely and relevant information to optimize their strategies and operations.
Additionally, the division will provide Transaction Advisory services, which encompass asset valuation, bid process management, and structuring for public-private partnerships (PPPs). These services will support clients in navigating complex transactions, ensuring that investments and partnerships are strategically structured for long-term success and value creation.
Finally, the division will focus on Policy and Strategy Advisory, helping clients develop robust regulatory frameworks, institutional reforms, and long-term sectoral roadmaps. Coupled with Technical and Implementation Advisory, the division will assist with project monitoring, quality audits, and the provision of Project Management Unit (PMU) or Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services to ensure effective project execution and delivery.

For example, under the Bhavya health project in Bihar, the company implemented a state-wide digital platform that revealed the erratic shifts worked by doctors due to the absence of a proper roster system. This real-time data insight led the government to adopt a new model roster policy.
Similarly, Rodic’s platform now monitors over 13,000 kilometers of road infrastructure in Bihar. By ranking contractors based on performance during the Defect Liability Period (DLP), the system is shaping new contractor classification models. High performers receive preferred terms, while low performers are subject to closer scrutiny.
