Rite-Hite Holding Corporation has announced the acquisition of Johnson Equipment Company, a Dallas-based distributor and long-standing partner of Rite-Hite products. The move marks one of the largest acquisitions in Rite-Hite’s history and significantly expands its distribution footprint across North America.
Johnson Equipment Company, founded in 1959, has grown into a major regional distributor with approximately 300 employees and 15 offices spanning Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Mexico. Over decades, the company has built a strong reputation for customer-focused service and technical expertise in industrial equipment solutions.
The acquisition brings Johnson Equipment’s operations into Rite-Hite’s global distribution network, which serves customers across the United States, Canada, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. The expanded network is expected to strengthen market access and enhance service capabilities for customers across multiple regions.
