RBW Logistics, a full-service third-party logistics and warehousing provider, has announced the acquisition of Metrix Logistics Group, LLC, a move that significantly expands RBW’s presence in the Texas market and strengthens its national logistics network. The acquisition represents an important step in RBW’s long-term growth strategy as the company works to broaden its operational footprint and deliver more integrated supply chain solutions to customers across multiple industries.

Frank Anderson, Chief Executive Officer of RBW Logistics, said the partnership will enhance the company’s ability to support clients navigating increasingly complex supply chain environments. “This acquisition represents a natural progression in our strategy to expand nationally while strengthening our expertise in key logistics verticals,” Mr Anderson said. “By combining our capabilities with Metrix Logistics, we are creating additional flexibility and long-term value for the customers we serve.”

With the addition of Metrix Logistics, RBW is positioned to operate as a national logistics partner with expanded coverage across several regions. The broader network enables the company to offer improved connectivity across transportation and warehousing operations while delivering scalable solutions that support customer growth.

The integration of Metrix’s facilities, workforce, and industry expertise will also expand RBW’s service portfolio. The combined organization will provide enhanced logistics capabilities across a range of supply chain services including warehousing, distribution, and customized operational solutions designed to meet evolving customer requirements.

To support the next phase of expansion, RBW recently strengthened its leadership structure by promoting David Sadler to President. Mr Sadler brings extensive experience in operational leadership and business transformation and will play a central role in guiding the company’s growth strategy.

Under the updated leadership structure, Frank Anderson will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer, working closely with Sadler to guide the organization’s strategic direction and operational execution. The leadership team believes this structure will enable RBW to scale its operations effectively while maintaining the high standards of service and reliability that have defined the company’s reputation for decades.

Chad Hall, Chief Executive Officer of Metrix Logistics Group, said the partnership reflects a shared commitment to building stronger opportunities for customers and employees. “Our organizations share a similar vision focused on growth, collaboration, and long-term value creation,” Mr Hall said. “By joining forces with RBW Logistics, we believe we can strengthen our culture, support our teams, and position the combined organization for sustained success.”

The companies have indicated that customers can expect a smooth transition as the integration progresses. Existing service structures and operational teams will remain focused on maintaining consistent performance and reliability while benefiting from the expanded network and additional capabilities.

For clients, the acquisition is expected to deliver broader geographic reach, stronger operational infrastructure, and access to specialized logistics services tailored to modern supply chain requirements. The transaction also creates new opportunities for employees and partners within both organizations, supporting talent development and operational collaboration across the expanded network.
