Rajputana Biodiesel Limited, along with its arm Nirvaanraj Energy Private Limited, has secured agreements to supply 3,543 kilolitres of biodiesel to Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). The total contract value is estimated at ₹30 crore and covers the supply period from April to July 2025.
These agreements were granted through Letters of Intent (LOIs) issued following a national tender floated by the country’s Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) on March 13, 2025. As per a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange, Rajputana Biodiesel anticipates additional LOIs in the near future. “Further Letters of Intent for pending bid quantities are expected soon, including those for supplies by Rajputana Biodiesel to IOCL and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), as well as by Nirvaanraj Energy to BPCL,” the statement said.
Execution of these supply orders will proceed once the necessary procedural steps are completed. These include the submission of bank guarantees, security deposits, and product testing certifications as outlined in the tender requirements.
