PTC Industries Limited, a leading manufacturer of precision metal components and advanced materials for critical applications, has announced the appointment of Baljinder Singh (Bal) Koura as Vice President – Operations, Aerospace Castings at Aerolloy Technologies Limited (ATL), its wholly-owned subsidiary.
Mr Koura brings over 30 years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, and turnaround programmes across aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors. He has held senior positions with global organizations including Rolls-Royce, GE Aviation, and Unipol Group, where he successfully led facility setups, operational excellence programmes, and new product launches.
At Aerolloy Technologies, Mr Koura will focus on strengthening plant performance, driving operational excellence, and supporting the company’s growth in aerospace castings to meet the increasing demand from global OEMs. His expertise in lean manufacturing, large-scale operations, and cultural transformation is expected to significantly contribute to PTC’s vision of achieving global standards in aerospace and defence manufacturing.

Mr Koura holds an MBA from De Montfort University and advanced qualifications in Quality and Environmental Management. Alongside his operational expertise, he has been an advocate for talent development, ESG practices, and CSR initiatives throughout his career.
This appointment reflects PTC’s commitment to strengthening its leadership depth as it expands its Strategic Materials Technology capabilities. Through Aerolloy Technologies, the company manufactures titanium and superalloy castings for aerospace and defence applications and is investing in a state-of-the-art integrated facility at the Lucknow node of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor. The new complex will include a titanium and superalloy mill producing aerospace-grade ingots, billets, bars, plates, and sheets, further enhancing India’s self-reliance in strategic materials.
