Propel Industries Showcases India’s Widest Line-Up of Advanced Electric Tippers and Mobility Technologies at EXCON 2025

Manufacturing-News

Propel Industries Private Limited, a leading name in crushing and screening solutions and a pioneer in electric tipper technology, unveiled an expanded lineup of next-generation electric mobility products at EXCON 2025 in Mumbai and Bengaluru. The company introduced four new electric tipper models, along with a new digital connectivity platform and a comprehensive EV service ecosystem, marking a significant step in India’s transition toward sustainable heavy-duty transportation. The launches were made in the presence of Dr Soumya Ranjan Samal, Founder and CMD of Kalinga Commercial Corporation Limited, and J Rudrasekar, Director of Rajiraj Minerals Private Limited.

The newly launched models—90CED, 70CED, 560HEV-X and 470MEV Gen-2—are designed to operate efficiently in demanding mining and construction environments. Each vehicle is engineered to deliver long-term productivity, improved operating economics and enhanced safety.

Propel has also introduced Pulse.ev, an in-house digital ecosystem that provides real-time diagnostics, energy consumption insights, predictive maintenance indicators and fleet optimization tools tailored specifically for electric mining and hauling operations. Complementing this platform, the company unveiled Pro EV Care, a wide-ranging after-sales service framework that offers customised support, uptime assurance and predictable lifecycle costs to help customers maintain high fleet availability.

Propel Industries’ management emphasised that the new platforms reflect the company’s focus on providing operators with reliable, future-ready solutions that meet the evolving needs of heavy-duty sectors. The company’s electric trucks, first introduced in 2023, have already established a strong footprint across applications such as coal and overburden movement, limestone and iron ore haulage, stone and granite quarrying, and solid-waste operations.

Propel’s electric fleet has logged more than five lakh hours of field use, with the earliest batch completing 12,500 hours in just two years, underscoring the brand’s credibility and uptime performance. The trucks are equipped with advanced lithium-ion batteries supported by an automatic fire detection and suppression firewall, and Propel has set an industry benchmark with a five-year or 5,000-cycle battery warranty.

With India accelerating its shift toward zero-emission heavy mobility, Propel’s 2025 portfolio positions the company at the forefront of indigenous electric tipper development. Founded in 2009, Propel Industries has built a strong global presence across more than 50 countries through its integrated manufacturing capabilities and extensive product portfolio. The company continues to strengthen its leadership by offering high-productivity equipment, robust engineering and a rapidly growing range of electric solutions designed for large-scale mining and construction operations.
