Premier Energies Limited has announced that its subsidiaries, Premier Energies International Private Ltd. and Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Ltd., have secured solar orders totaling ₹560 crore from two major domestic Independent Power Producers (IPPs).
“We are pleased to announce that Premier Energies International Private Ltd. and Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Ltd., both subsidiaries of Premier Energies Limited, have secured and accepted multiple orders totaling Rs 560 crore from two major Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and other clients. These orders comprise Rs 513 crore for solar modules and Rs 47 crore for solar cells. Delivery of the solar modules is set to begin in December 2024,” the company stated in an exchange filing.
The order includes the supply of solar modules valued at ₹513 crore and solar cells worth ₹47 crore. Last month, the two subsidiaries secured and accepted multiple orders from a range of customers, totaling ₹765 crore.
These contracts include orders valued at ₹632 crore for solar modules and ₹133 crore for solar cells. Deliveries will commence in December 2024 and continue until May 2025. The orders are one-time contracts with domestic customers, and the company has confirmed that there are no related party transactions or involvement of promoter groups in these deals.
