Premier Energies Lands 173.35 MWp Solar Module Supply Contract for BrightNight Project

Premier Energies announced today that its subsidiary, Premier Energies International, has secured a contract to supply solar modules to BN Hybrid Power-1, a special purpose vehicle of BrightNight India. In a filing to the stock exchange, Premier Energies announced, “We would like to inform you that Premier Energies International Private Ltd. and Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Ltd., both subsidiaries of Premier Energies Limited, have received and accepted several orders from different customers, totaling Rs 765 crore. This includes Rs 632 crore for solar modules and Rs 133 crore for solar cells.”

As part of this agreement, Premier Energies will provide 173.35 MWp of n-type TOPCon bifacial solar modules for BrightNight’s 300 MW renewable power project, which integrates solar, wind, and energy storage systems.

Located in the Barmer district of Rajasthan, this project aims to implement Flexible Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) technologies. Delivery of the solar modules is set to begin in July 2025 at the Barmer project site.
