PM Modi commemorated a significant milestone as he laid the foundation stone for the petrochemicals complex of Petronet LNG in Dahej. Additionally, he dedicated 50 Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendras from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to the nation.
In his address at the event, PM Modi expressed gratitude to the countless individuals participating from over 200 different locations. He emphasized the ongoing expansion of development initiatives aimed at creating a developed India, known as “Viksit Bharat.” Furthermore, he highlighted the continuous progress marked by the inauguration and commencement of numerous developmental projects across the nation, illustrating the unwavering commitment to national growth and prosperity.
During the inauguration ceremony, PM Modi highlighted the pivotal role of the newly laid foundation stone for the petrochemicals complex of Petronet LNG in Dahej, Gujarat, valued at over Rs 20,000 crores. Emphasizing its significance, he noted that this complex would not only bolster hydrogen production but also meet the rising demand for polypropylene within the nation.
Addressing India’s youthful demographic, PM Modi reiterated that such initiatives are not just for the present generation but serve as keystones for ensuring a promising future. By placing the foundation stone for the petrochemicals complex, which includes facilities for handling ethane and propane, the Prime Minister envisioned substantial cost savings in both capital expenditure and operational costs.
Furthermore, PM Modi inaugurated Jan Aushadhi Kendras at various railway stations across the country, underscoring the government’s commitment to providing affordable and high-quality generic medicines to the populace. These Kendras, strategically located in circulating areas or concourses, are poised to benefit both incoming and outgoing passengers, thereby fostering employment opportunities and contributing to the welfare of the community.
