Pavna Sunworld Autotech Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Pavna Industries Limited, has officially begun production and supply of oil pumps to Hero MotoCorp Ltd, the country’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer. The supplies are intended for Hero’s widely popular motorcycle models, Splendor and Glamour, and will serve all six of the company’s manufacturing plants across India.
This supply agreement marks an important business breakthrough for Pavna Industries, which provides components to leading original equipment manufacturers across various segments of the automotive industry. Initial deliveries began on 14 July 2025, and production is expected to steadily rise to 50,000 units per month within the next three to four months.
Swapnil Jain, Managing Director of Pavna Industries Ltd, expressed enthusiasm about the development, stating, “We are proud to commence production for Hero MotoCorp, a leader in India’s two-wheeler market. This partnership reflects growing trust in Pavna’s product quality, technical capabilities, and commitment to manufacturing excellence.”
Mr Jain also emphasized the significance of the deal, highlighting that being selected to supply components to all six Hero facilities demonstrates confidence in the company’s reliability and execution. “Our team is focused on ramping up production efficiently while maintaining high performance standards,” he added.
Pavna Industries, established in 1994, operates manufacturing units in Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), Aurangabad (Maharashtra), and Pantnagar (Uttarakhand). The company specializes in producing essential automotive parts such as ignition switches, fuel caps, locks, throttle bodies, casting components, and now oil pumps.
Over the years, Pavna has built a strong client base both in India and internationally. Its customers include Bajaj Auto, Royal Enfield, TVS, Honda, Mahindra, Escorts, and Ashok Leyland, among others. The company also supplies to emerging electric vehicle players like Revolt and Tork Motors.
In the global market, Pavna exports components to countries such as the United States, Italy, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Sudan. Its growing presence underscores the company’s strategy of aligning with major mobility brands while focusing on quality and timely delivery. This new production milestone not only strengthens Pavna’s relationship with Hero MotoCorp but also reinforces its role as a dependable partner for advanced engine components in both conventional and electric vehicle ecosystems.
