parts2clean 2025: Expanded Focus on Industrial Cleaning, High Purity, and Deburring

parts2clean

Technological advancements and evolving industry demands are reshaping production processes worldwide, driving new challenges in industrial parts and surface cleaning. The 21st edition of parts2clean, the premier global trade fair for industrial cleaning solutions, will address these changes with an expanded program. Scheduled for October 7–9, 2025, at the Stuttgart Exhibition Center, the event will showcase cutting-edge solutions for applications ranging from traditional degreasing and component cleaning to high-purity environments.

The exhibition will spotlight advancements in industrial cleaning technology, offering professionals insights into sustainable, efficient, and innovative solutions. High-purity cleaning and enhanced deburring processes will feature prominently, reflecting the event’s response to industry needs. Christoph Nowak, Project Director at Deutsche Messe, stated, “This year’s focus includes advanced topics like ‘High Purity: Next Chapter,’ addressing stringent particulate cleanliness and residual contamination requirements in sectors like semiconductors, aerospace, e-mobility, and medical technology.”

Building on its previous edition, parts2clean 2025 will delve deeper into applications requiring ultra-clean components. Industries like photonics, optoelectronics, and thin-film technology demand precision down to the nanometer scale, often involving hydrogen-induced outgassing materials. This year’s high-purity segment will emphasize practical solutions for such exacting standards.

Deburring, critical for ensuring technical cleanliness, will take center stage with a dedicated segment. As expectations for particulate-free surfaces rise, the demand for optimally deburred components grows across industries. The exhibition will highlight innovative methods to integrate deburring seamlessly into the overall cleaning process.

The event will also explore advancements in automation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and resource-efficient cleaning, addressing increasingly stringent regulatory demands. Complementing the exhibition, the p2c.EXPERTFORUM, organized with the Fraunhofer Cleaning Division and the German Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT), will offer expert-led discussions. Guided tours and webinars, such as the p2c.WEBINAR series, will provide year-round knowledge-sharing opportunities for professionals.

parts2clean 2025 promises to be a hub for technological exchange, professional networking, and procurement, catering to industries worldwide. By addressing the latest challenges and opportunities in parts and surface cleaning, the event aims to drive innovation and efficiency in industrial processes.
