Pace Digitek Limited (NSE: PACEDIGITK | BSE: 544550) has announced that its subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited (LPPL), has crossed a significant milestone of manufacturing 300 utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) containers, representing approximately 1.5 GWh of battery energy storage capacity. The achievement marks an important step in Pace Digitek’s strategy to expand its presence in the rapidly growing energy storage sector and strengthen its capabilities across the BESS value chain. The company continues to scale its manufacturing infrastructure to meet the rising demand for reliable energy storage solutions supporting renewable energy integration and grid stability.
Pace Digitek is expanding its existing 2.5 GWh BESS manufacturing capacity with an additional 2.5 GWh expansion, while also developing a new 5 GWh BESS manufacturing facility along with an in-house container fabrication unit. These investments are aimed at increasing production scale, enhancing backward integration, improving cost efficiencies and strengthening execution capabilities across the battery energy storage ecosystem.
The company has built an integrated BESS platform covering manufacturing, engineering, system integration, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), and long-term Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services. This end-to-end capability enables Pace Digitek to provide comprehensive energy storage solutions, from product manufacturing and system integration to project deployment and lifecycle support.
