Owl Labs, a global innovator in immersive meeting technology, has officially debuted in India with the launch of its flagship product, the Meeting Owl 3. Known for its smart 360-degree video conferencing capabilities, the company aims to enhance hybrid collaboration across Indian workplaces.

The Meeting Owl 3, now certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), integrates a 360° camera, microphone, and speaker into a single device. Its intelligent system automatically focuses on the speaker, ensuring seamless interaction between remote and in-room participants. The goal: to create more engaging, inclusive, and productive hybrid meetings.

Priced at $1,237.82 (including VAT), the Meeting Owl 3 is distributed in India through RAH Infotech. It is also available via authorized technology resellers or by connecting directly with the Owl Labs team at owllabs.com/talk-to-sales, where customers can be matched with a preferred partner.

“Flexible work arrangements are the new norm, and India is embracing this shift rapidly,” said Frank Weishaupt, CEO of Owl Labs. “We designed the Meeting Owl to give everyone a seat at the table—whether they’re working from home or sitting in the conference room. The right technology makes all the difference in fostering real collaboration.”

With more than 225,000 organizations worldwide using Owl Labs solutions and a presence in over 40 countries, the company sees India as a key growth market for its next generation of hybrid workplace tools. Owl Labs is a pioneer in building AI-driven, 360-degree video conferencing systems tailored for hybrid teams.

Its Meeting Owl® series combines a camera, microphone, and speaker in one device and uses AI to identify and spotlight speakers in real time. Backed by $47 million in funding, the company is headquartered in Boston and supports teams globally with tools that help bridge the gap between remote and in-office work.
