ORBIS® Corporation, a global leader in reusable packaging and supply chain solutions, has officially celebrated the grand opening of its renovated manufacturing facility in Greenville, Texas. The upgraded site represents a significant investment in sustainable manufacturing and advanced automation, reinforcing ORBIS’s commitment to innovation and community growth.
The Greenville facility, which began operations earlier this year, features 420,000 square feet of manufacturing space and an additional 240,000 square feet dedicated to warehousing. The plant produces reusable totes and pallets designed to transport and protect products throughout the supply chain. By repurposing and modernizing an existing facility, ORBIS has reduced its environmental impact while expanding its manufacturing capacity. The project is expected to create more than 190 new jobs over the next three years, with potential for future expansion.

The grand opening ceremony featured remarks from Mr Kukuk, along with Greg Sims, President and CEO of Greenville Economic Development, and Mayor Dr Jerry Ransom. Local officials highlighted the strong collaboration between ORBIS and the community, emphasizing Greenville’s skilled workforce, supportive business environment, and partnership with regional technical colleges.

Guests were given guided tours of the facility, led by Plant Manager Zach Johnson, following a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by city and economic development leaders. The event celebrated ORBIS’s continued investment in sustainable manufacturing and its role in supporting the regional economy.
