Ola Electric, India’s largest pure-play electric vehicle (EV) company, announced a significant achievement as it rolled out its one-millionth vehicle from the Futurefactory in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. To celebrate this milestone, the company unveiled a special edition Roadster X+ in midnight blue with sporty red accents featured on the dual-tone seat, rims, and battery pack. Since beginning production in 2021, Ola Electric has reached this landmark in under four years, propelled by strong demand for its S1 series of electric scooters and the recently launched Roadster X electric motorcycles.

A spokesperson for Ola Electric remarked, “This milestone is a celebration of every Indian who placed their trust in us and supported our mission. In just four years, we have evolved from an idea into India’s leading electric two-wheeler manufacturer. We demonstrated that world-class products can be designed, engineered, and manufactured in India at scale. This achievement reflects how far we’ve come—and it’s only the beginning! Our mission remains clear: #EndICEAge and establish India as a global EV hub.”

The special edition Roadster X+ stands out with its eye-catching midnight blue finish, complemented by sporty red accents on the dual-tone seat, rims, and battery pack. The edition also features badges crafted from recycled copper waste and electroplated bar ends, emphasizing Ola’s commitment to sustainable design.

At the company’s annual ‘Sankalp’ event, Ola Electric announced the launch of its 4680 Bharat Cell-integrated vehicles, starting with the S1 Pro+ 5.2 kWh and Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh models, priced at ₹1,69,999 and ₹1,89,999, respectively. Deliveries are set to begin this Navratri. The event also marked Ola’s expansion into the sports scooter segment with the introduction of the S1 Pro Sport, equipped with 5.2 kWh and 4 kWh battery packs powered by the 4680 Bharat Cell. The scooter will be available at an introductory price of ₹1,49,999, with deliveries starting in January 2026.
