Oben Electric, a Bengaluru-based electric motorcycle manufacturer, has rolled out its latest model—Rorr EZ Sigma, a next-gen electric commuter motorcycle—at an introductory price of ₹1.27 lakh for the 3.4 kWh variant and ₹1.37 lakh for the 4.4 kWh version. Designed to enhance the urban commute experience, the new model brings both software and hardware upgrades over its predecessor, the Rorr EZ, and is available at limited-time pricing. Post-launch prices will rise to ₹1.47 lakh and ₹1.55 lakh respectively.
The Rorr EZ Sigma introduces features tailored for city riding, including a Reverse Mode for tight-space navigation and a 5-inch full-colour TFT dashboard offering turn-by-turn navigation, call and message alerts, trip data, and music notifications. It sports a redesigned, more comfortable seat and introduces a bold new Electric Red shade, expanding the lineup that already includes Photon White, Electro Amber, and Surge Cyan.
Built on Oben’s proprietary ARX frame, the Rorr EZ Sigma is powered by an in-house developed LFP battery system, known for its extended life and better thermal tolerance. Delivering a top speed of 95 km/h and 0–40 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, both battery options offer high performance and a class-leading 52 Nm torque. The motorcycle supports fast charging, reaching 80% capacity in just 1.5 hours, and offers a riding range of up to 175 km (IDC). Riders can switch between three modes—Eco, City, and Havoc—for optimised power usage.
Each purchase comes with a free one-year subscription to the upgraded Oben Electric mobile app, offering GPS tracking, ride analytics, remote lock, smart alerts, diagnostics, and access to over 68,000 charging points nationwide. The bike also includes geo-fencing-based anti-theft alerts and battery theft protection. For added convenience, customers can now book the Rorr EZ Sigma for ₹2,999 and even order it via Amazon, with deliveries starting August 15, 2025.
Safety and ride quality are central to the Rorr EZ Sigma’s design. It features Unified Brake Assist, Driver Alert System, 7-step adjustable mono-shock suspension, 200 mm ground clearance, and water-wading capability up to 230 mm. It comes with wide 130/70-17 tyres for improved grip and is equipped with Oben’s patented anti-vandalism security system. To ensure long-term value, the company is offering its Battery Protect 8/80 Plan—an 8-year or 80,000 km transferable battery warranty—for just ₹9,999.
