Nuvoco Vistas Corp Ltd, a leading building materials company in India, today announced its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, reporting strong growth across key performance indicators alongside significant progress on its expansion strategy. For FY26, the Company recorded cement sales volume of 20.4 million metric tonnes (MMT), reflecting a 5% year-on-year increase. Consolidated total income rose 10% year-on-year to ₹11,362 crore, while EBITDA grew robustly by 35% to ₹1,881 crore, underscoring improved operational efficiency and strong demand momentum.

Nuvoco continues to make steady progress on its growth initiatives. Development work at the Vadraj Cement facilities is advancing as planned, with clinker and grinding units expected to be commissioned in phases starting from Q3 FY27. In parallel, the Company’s planned 4 MMTPA capacity expansion in Eastern India, scheduled through FY28, is on track and will increase total cement capacity to approximately 35 MMTPA.

The Board has also approved the establishment of a new bulk cement terminal at Viramgam, Sachana, Gujarat. With a handling capacity of approximately 1.5 MMTPA and a dedicated railway siding, the terminal will enhance logistics efficiency and serve as a strategic hub to strengthen market reach across Gujarat. The project is targeted for commissioning by FY28.

Premiumisation remained a key growth driver, with the share of premium products increasing by 300 basis points year-on-year to 43%. Flagship brands such as Concreto and Duraguard continue to gain strong traction, reflecting rising customer preference for high-quality, durable construction materials.

The Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX) segment also delivered solid performance, supported by growing demand for value-added solutions. During the year, the Company introduced innovative offerings including Concreto Tri Shield, designed to enhance structural durability, and the Artiste Elite Collection, which combines aesthetics with performance. The Modern Building Materials (MBM) segment maintained steady momentum across construction chemicals, tile adhesives, and block jointing mortars.

Commenting on the results, Managing Director Jayakumar Krishnaswamy said that FY26 marked a defining year for the Company, driven by strong execution of its premiumisation strategy, strengthened trade channels, and cost optimisation initiatives.

He added that while geopolitical uncertainties may create short-term cost pressures—particularly in fuel and raw materials—the Company is proactively implementing mitigation measures including pricing actions, prudent sourcing, and supply chain efficiencies.
