By using the serial number of their drive component, customers can navigate to the documentation and explore a list of potential spare parts. Additionally, they can contact their responsible sales department or directly access the myNORD customer portal. The QR code links all subsequent information to the unique serial number of the drive component, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

The implementation of the QR code system will begin during the LogiMAT trade show at the end of April. Starting from this point, all drive components supplied by NORD DRIVESYSTEMS will be equipped with QR codes, providing customers with the aforementioned advantages. However, the company’s commitment to customer service doesn’t end there.

Niermann highlights the ongoing efforts to further enhance services, mentioning plans to offer customers digital updates for their frequency inverters through the “Digital services” platform.
