Nitin Castings, a leading manufacturer of high-quality iron castings, today announced its standalone financial results for the quarter ended December 2025, reflecting a resilient revenue performance despite marginal pressure on profitability. For the December 2025 quarter, the Company reported a notable 19.12% year-on-year growth in revenue, which increased to Rs. 402.59 million, compared with Rs. 337.96 million recorded during the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The robust growth in topline performance was driven by sustained demand from key customer segments, improved order execution, and stable operational throughput during the quarter.

Despite the strong revenue growth, the Company’s standalone net profit declined marginally by 6.11% to Rs 16.89 million for the quarter ended December 2025, as compared to Rs 18.00 million in the corresponding quarter ended December 2024. The moderation in net profit was primarily attributable to increased input costs, higher overhead expenses, and margin pressures arising from fluctuations in raw material prices during the period.

Operating performance during the quarter also reflected similar trends. Operating profit stood at Rs 32.16 million, slightly lower than Rs 33.06 million reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. While operational efficiencies and higher production volumes supported performance, these gains were partially offset by cost inflation and pricing pressures in certain markets.

The management further highlighted that ongoing investments in process improvements, quality enhancement, and capacity utilization are expected to support sustainable growth over the medium to long term. The Company continues to closely monitor market conditions and input cost trends, while adopting prudent financial and operational strategies to navigate near-term challenges.

Looking ahead, Nitin Castings remains cautiously optimistic about demand prospects across its key end-user industries. The Company aims to leverage its established manufacturing capabilities, technical expertise, and strong customer base to drive consistent performance. Management reiterated its commitment to long-term value creation for stakeholders through disciplined execution, cost control, and a continued emphasis on operational excellence.

With a solid revenue trajectory and a clear strategic focus, Nitin Castings is confident in its ability to manage margin pressures and deliver stable performance in the coming quarters, even as it operates in a dynamic and competitive business environment.
