Netweb Technologies India Limited, a leading Indian-owned Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in the high-performance computing sector, has secured a major ₹1,734 crore order to enhance India’s AI infrastructure. This strategic deal is critical to India’s goal of creating a Sovereign AI System as part of the IndiaAI Mission. The project will utilize Netweb’s advanced GPU-accelerated platforms based on NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture, with execution scheduled between the final quarter of FY26 and the first half of FY27.
This agreement represents a significant milestone in India’s AI journey, aimed at bolstering sovereign AI infrastructure. The deployment will facilitate the creation of large-scale multimodal models, domain-specific foundational models, and scalable AI solutions to drive socio-economic transformation. Additionally, it will support deep-tech AI startups and foster innovation across the country.
The initiative aligns with India’s Make-in-India vision, with all systems designed and manufactured locally using Netweb’s cutting-edge in-house R&D and production facilities. This move underscores India’s commitment to self-reliance and showcases its growing design and manufacturing capabilities.
Netweb will provide these systems through its flagship Tyrone Camarero AI platform, which is specifically designed to address the growing demands of next-generation computing. The platform is purpose-built to support large-scale Generative AI, foundational model training, and exascale computing, enabling enterprises and research institutions to accelerate innovation and handle highly complex workloads efficiently.
Each system node will be equipped with NVIDIA’s 8x GPU-HGX-B200 accelerators, optimized for high-throughput, memory-intensive workloads. These platforms will provide the necessary infrastructure to elevate India’s computational capacity to meet global standards.
