Neolite ZKW Expands with New Manufacturing Plant in Pune

Neolite ZKW has launched a new manufacturing facility in Pune, Maharashtra, to boost its production capacity in automotive lighting. The inauguration was attended by Venkatram M, Managing Director of Groupe Renault, along with senior executives from various OEMs and Neolite ZKW’s leadership team.

The Pune plant is designed with eco-friendly and energy-efficient technologies, adhering to Green Building Standards. It incorporates a digital factory concept based on Industry 4.0, featuring advanced material handling systems like Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and overhead conveyors. With a focus on sustainability, the plant operates under zero-discharge processes, utilizing water recycling and reuse initiatives.

Rajesh Jain, Managing Director of Neolite ZKW, highlighted the plant as a key milestone in strengthening their ability to serve the passenger vehicle market with high-quality, performance-driven lighting solutions.

CEO Rajesh Soni emphasized the strategic location of the plant, which is close to key customers, allowing for faster response times and greater convenience as the company continues its expansion efforts. Neolite ZKW is a prominent player in the automotive lighting industry, specializing in the design and manufacture of innovative lighting solutions for vehicles.
