myTVS, India’s largest digital automotive aftermarket platform and part of the $3 billion TVS Mobility Group, has introduced a new pan-India ‘Mobility-as-a-Service’ (MaaS) platform aimed at last-mile electric vehicle (EV) fleet operators. This platform unites various ecosystem partners, including OEMs, offering a wide range of services under one umbrella for the entire EV fleet life cycle.

It covers everything from leasing and real-time fleet management to servicing, spare parts management, charging solutions (both portable and myTVS stations), telematics, roadside assistance, insurance, and tyre management. Additionally, the platform includes vehicle refurbishment services to extend fleet life and efficiency.

myTVS envisions its MaaS platform becoming a go-to brand for last-mile fleet operators, helping them grow faster while serving their customers. Through strategic partnerships, the platform will provide custom digital solutions, particularly for quick-commerce players. One such collaboration includes a tie-up with MoEVing, a prominent EV-based logistics company in India.

This initiative marks a shift for myTVS from personal mobility to fleet mobility solutions. The quick commerce sector in India is rapidly growing and will need to embrace EVs to meet sustainability goals. The myTVSMaaS platform offers plug-and-play solutions to facilitate this electrification while enhancing vehicle performance, aligning with the government’s push for faster EV adoption and green mobility.

G SrinivasaRaghavan, Managing Director of myTVS, explained that the MaaS platform is designed to meet the needs of both personal and fleet mobility customers, offering efficiency and sustainability. With a nationwide network of over 1,000 outlets, myTVS ensures seamless service delivery for fleet operators across India. Its offerings, such as 24/7 telematics, a Network Operations Centre (NOC), and diagnostic services, will help maximize vehicle uptime and optimize cost efficiency for both OEMs and operators.

Vikash Mishra, CEO of MoEVing, praised the partnership, stating that the MaaS platform addresses a key market need by offering a comprehensive solution that aligns with MoEVing’s mission. By leveraging myTVS’s wide service network and technology, this collaboration will enhance customer service and expand MoEVing’s reach.

A report by BCG predicts that the organized last-mile delivery market, especially in sectors like food, grocery, and e-commerce, will grow at a rate of 15-20% annually over the next five years. By 2025, EVs are expected to account for 20-30% of last-mile delivery fleets, including two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers.

Raghavan also highlighted that myTVS has over 1 million customers and plans to add another 2,500 outlets within the next two years, aiming for a 10-12% market share. The MaaS platform is designed to integrate not only with OEMs but also with insurance providers, financial services, and leasing companies, making it a scalable and comprehensive solution for the EV ecosystem.
