Montra Electric’s e-SCV division, TIVOLT Electric Vehicles Private Limited, has announced a strategic partnership with Steam-A to incorporate its Iris EV Charging Management Suite into Montra Electric’s Powerdock, a rapidly growing EV charging network. As a prominent player in India’s electric vehicle sector, Montra Electric continues to expand its influence, especially in the e-SCV market.

The recent introduction of the EVIATOR, a revolutionary Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV), is setting new benchmarks in battery performance, range, and efficiency. With this launch, Montra Electric is swiftly scaling its Powerdock network to support its expanding customer base.

To enhance the functionality of the network, Montra Electric has integrated Steam-A’s Iris platform, ensuring smooth and reliable charging operations. This advanced software improves network efficiency by offering real-time operational insights, AI-powered predictive maintenance, and seamless EV roaming features, contributing to a robust and cost-effective charging ecosystem.

A notable feature of Iris is its industry-first AI-driven predictive failure management system, which is integrated with a comprehensive asset and workflow management suite. This innovation lowers operational costs while improving charger uptime and network availability. Furthermore, the platform provides in-depth analysis of network performance, driving continuous service improvements and business growth.

Saju Nair, CEO of TIVOLT Electric Vehicles (Montra Electric’s SCV division), expressed excitement about the collaboration, stating, “We are thrilled to partner with Steam-A. At Montra Electric, our goal is to accelerate electrification in commercial logistics and help our customers transition to electric mobility with confidence.
