Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas (MLA), a major manufacturer and provider of material handling and automation solutions, has announced that it will transition to the new name Logisnext Americas as part of its ongoing global transformation strategy. The rebranding initiative represents a significant milestone in the company’s long-term development roadmap, aligned with the broader Logisnext Vision 2035 strategy. As part of this transformation, Mitsubishi Logisnext has also established a partnership with Japan Industrial Partners (JIP), which will act as a strategic collaborator supporting the company’s future growth and long-term value creation.

Beginning April 30, group companies within the organization will start adopting the updated corporate identity. The transition reflects the company’s effort to strengthen its global positioning while maintaining continuity in its operations and customer relationships.

Berry Mansfield, President of Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas, emphasized that while the name will change, the company’s core values and commitments will remain consistent. “This announcement marks another step forward in our evolution as an organization,” he said. “However, the principles that have guided our business for decades remain the same. Our customers continue to rely on us for dependable equipment, reliable service, and solutions that help their operations succeed.”

As part of the rebranding process, the company’s existing Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks product line will transition to a new identity under the Logisnext Forklifts brand. The updated product portfolio will continue to focus on durable equipment engineered to meet the changing demands of modern material handling environments.

The new branding reflects the company’s commitment to maintaining consistent global engineering standards while expanding the range of equipment and technology solutions available to customers. The objective is to provide businesses with equipment designed for long-term performance, efficiency, and operational reliability.

Throughout the transition period, Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas has indicated that maintaining operational stability will be a priority. Dealer networks, service infrastructure, and customer support systems will continue to operate without disruption, ensuring that partners and clients experience a seamless transition.

Customers will continue to receive the same level of service and support they currently rely on, while benefiting from a broader global strategy that positions the company for future growth in automation, logistics technology, and advanced material handling solutions. With the rebranding to Logisnext Americas, the company aims to reinforce its role as a technology-driven provider of scalable logistics and automation solutions across a wide range of industries.
