Mitsubishi Electric India, a renowned leader in manufacturing solutions, has unveiled its latest innovation, the M80LA model of Computerized Numerical Controllers (CNCs), designed specifically for the turning segment. The launch event, held at the Mitsubishi Electric India CNC eXPerience Park in Bengaluru, showcased the state-of-the-art features of the M80LA CNC system. Multi-set Spindle Synchronization: Enables synchronization of multiple spindles, facilitating simultaneous machining of different parts or workpieces.
Sub-system control 1 (G122): Facilitates the synchronized operation of multiple systems for optimal timing and efficiency.
C-axis Control During Spindle Synchronization: Ensures precise coordination of spindle rotation during machining operations.
Spindle superposition control (G164): Allows for the superimposition of rotational speeds between spindles, facilitating complex machining operations.
Improvised Thread Machining Process: Simultaneously performs two threading cycles, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Spindle Mode Servo Motor Control: Enables control of servo motors for CNC machining.
