The program trains individuals, including those from underprivileged communities and people with disabilities, to participate in India’s expanding aerospace and defence manufacturing ecosystem. The initiative underscores the importance of public–private partnerships in building a skilled workforce and reinforcing India’s position in high-value manufacturing.
Kaushal, part of Boeing’s supply chain skilling initiative in India, seeks to create a new generation of professionals equipped with modern technical and production skills. The collaboration between Boeing and Cyient DLM serves as a model for how industry-led programs can connect education with real-world applications, enhancing employability and driving self-reliance under the national Make in India framework.
