Mindteck (India) Limited a global provider of engineering and technology solutions with specialized expertise in storage, medical devices, semiconductors, and analytical instrumentation, released its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025. For the quarter ended March 31, 2025, Mindteck reported consolidated revenue of ₹104.02 crore, consistent with the previous quarter, and reflecting an increase from ₹97.90 crore recorded in the same period last year. Consolidated net profit for the quarter stood at ₹6.80 crore, slightly lower than ₹7.93 crore in Q3 FY25, but higher than ₹6.48 crore in Q4 FY24.
Over the full financial year, the company achieved consolidated revenue of ₹424.42 crore, marking a year-over-year growth of 10.1% compared to ₹385.53 crore in FY24. Consolidated net profit before exceptional items amounted to ₹30.41 crore for FY25, representing an 11.4% increase from ₹27.31 crore reported in the previous year.
On a standalone basis, quarterly revenue reached ₹38.61 crore, showing sequential and year-on-year improvement from ₹35.87 crore in Q3 FY25 and ₹36.10 crore in Q4 FY24, respectively. Standalone net profit for the quarter rose significantly to ₹7.26 crore, compared to ₹3.29 crore in the previous quarter and ₹5.74 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
For the full year ended March 31, 2025, standalone revenue totaled ₹155.09 crore, reflecting an 11.0% increase over the ₹139.69 crore posted in FY24. Standalone net profit for the year amounted to ₹18.82 crore, up from ₹18.27 crore in the prior year, which had included exceptional items of ₹2.29 crore. This represents a 3.0% growth in annual net profit.

Lanewala also announced leadership changes, noting the exit of CEO and Managing Director Anand Balakrishnan, and welcomed Santosh Nandiyath as the new Chief Financial Officer effective May 24, 2025. Nandiyath previously served as Interim CFO.
