In 2006, Micro Innotech commenced its journey in Delhi with the primary objective of establishing an agency house that could serve as a key player in importing controllers. The idea was to explore import substitution and control the heart of products like League testing machines and Erigon testing machines, as well as various testing applications such as mapos. The motivation stemmed from the realization that purchasing complete products from Europe or the US for similar functionalities incurred significantly higher costs. Micro Innotech aimed to control the core aspects locally and manufacture the remaining components in India. Today, with 85 employees, a factory in Bangalore, and offices in Thailand and Chicago, Micro Innotech has grown successfully. The company has identified promising sectors, particularly the energy sector, including battery and EV technology. Rajesh Pawar, the Managing Director of Mikro Innotech, has expressed confidence in India’s growth and the government’s support for entrepreneurs. Micro Innotech is expanding with the vision of “Make in India,” and Mr Pawar believes it’s the right time to invest, considering the country’s economic trajectory.

Micro Innotech started in a modest 1,500 sq. ft. space in Delhi and expanded to 5,000 sq. ft. in Narhe, Maharashtra. Presently, with three acres of land, the company is expanding in Pune. The vision aligns with the Make in India initiative, supporting the Indian manufacturing industry. Having collaborated with well-known OEMs and providing assembly lines and special-purpose machines, Micro Innotech has acquired land for future expansion to meet the industry’s growing needs. The company has ventured into the laser market three years ago and has witnessed substantial growth, currently operating 20 laser applications. Rajesh Pawar sees tremendous opportunities in the market, and the company has experienced a growth of 250% this year. The new facility aims to strengthen the company’s commitment to its customers, providing long-term support and collaboration. Mr Pawar has expressed gratitude for the support from the Indian market and emphasized Micro Innotech’s dedication to contributing to the nation’s manufacturing landscape.

Talking about the future trajectory of Mikro innotech, Mr Pawar further adds, “We’ve experienced substantial growth this year with the addition of 250 talented individuals, presenting a promising opportunity for us. Looking ahead to the next three years, we’re encouraged by the positive response from our customers, a significant advantage for us. The development of our new facility is designed to convey to our customers our commitment to long-term collaboration and unwavering support.” With a focus on enhancing production capabilities and meeting the evolving demands of the industry, Mikro Innotech India is poised to reach new heights in the manufacturing sector. This story reflects a journey of innovation and growth, reflecting the dynamism and potential of India’s manufacturing landscape.
