Amid the pandemic, following all COVID19 protocols, the inspiring team of MGM Engineering Corporation came together to celebrate its 51st Foundation Day on 9th July 2021. The event inaugurated by Rajesh Mandlik of Setco Spindles witnessed the members of MGM Engineering sharing their inspiring journey and growth, woven with the company’s growth.
On 9th July 2021, keeping the challenges of COVID19 aside, the vibrant team of MGM Engineering Corporation came together to celebrate their 51st Foundation day. The event which was organised following all COVID19 protocol was attended by Rajesh Mandlik, Managing Director and Chief Strategist of Sector Spindles Pvt Ltd as the Chief Guest, Vasant Mudholkar Owner, MGM Engineering Corporation and their team members.
Giving his speech on "Work Culture and Team Building", Chief Guest Rajesh Mandlik appreciated the consistent growth, achievements and success of the MGM Group family, made over the years. He recognized and congratulated the founder's vision and the people who helped MGM to grow. Addressing the MGM Team, he spoke about the importance of Teamwork.
“It was a great experience to attend such a cosy function. Warmth and love were in the air. Enjoyed every bit of it. Thanks for making me part of this celebration”, added Mr Mandlik. MGM employees made the programme more vibrant with their performances on stage showing their love and involvement with the company. The employees also shared their journey and growth woven with the company’s growth.
Vasant Mudholkar Owner of MGM Group said that Professional Engineering started in 2014 is catering to the customers having requirement of Air Gauges and Air Electronics Instruments. “We do have all necessary infrastructure to manufacture precision gauges like grinding shop under environmental conditions and calibration lab also maintain the required temperature. We do have our own team to develop all necessary software for embedded as well as other platforms. We do have skilled employees to being grinding and lapping machines.”
Many industry leaders shared best wishes to MGM Group for their future business. MGM Engineering over years developed a huge global market including Europe, United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and many other countries. One of the largest processing equipment facility, MGM Engineering Corporation have their own factory to anodize the handles in the colour chosen by the customer.
