Srinivas has a diverse background across both B2B and B2C sectors, including SaaS products, banking, IT and business process outsourcing, manufacturing, and retail. His career includes roles as CEO and board member, with global responsibilities across strategy, sales, operations, quality, finance, and HR.

He has worked in over 20 countries and has been recognized with multiple global awards, including HRO and FAO superstar honors. In addition to his professional achievements, Srinivas offers pro-bono HR advice to startups at the IIT Madras Incubation Centre and advises the Board and Trustees of CHILD, an NGO.
