In this year’s employee survey conducted by Great Place to Work®, Mastek achieved a strong 76% overall score, significantly outperforming regional averages. For comparison, typical scores in similar surveys are around 57% for U.S. companies, and between 52–60% across Europe and Latin America. This result underscores Mastek’s commitment to building an inclusive, engaging, and empowering workplace culture.
This year marks a milestone with the UAE team receiving its first-ever certification, reflecting the company’s continued global expansion and its emphasis on creating consistent workplace excellence across geographies. The survey revealed strong employee sentiment across several key dimensions of workplace experience. In the area of Inclusion and Belonging, 85% of respondents agreed that the company’s leadership actively fosters a fair and inclusive environment. Additionally, 81% reported feeling comfortable being themselves at work and confident in the support they receive from their teams.
When it came to Workplace Pride, 80% of employees had a favorable view of Mastek’s overall brand, while 79% felt proud of their team and the work they accomplish together. These results reflect a deep sense of alignment with the organization’s mission and values, contributing to a positive internal culture.
The survey also pointed to high levels of Engagement and Recognition, with 76% of employees saying they are willing to go above and beyond in their roles. Meanwhile, 77% described the work environment as inclusive and supportive of personal and professional development. Feedback further emphasized a leadership style rooted in transparency, care, and a clear connection between team efforts and broader business goals.
