Amrut Energy Private Limited, a manufacturer of solar-powered water pumping systems, has announced its merger with Mascot Dynamics Private Limited, an engineering group serving India’s oil and gas, chemical, and water infrastructure sectors. Following the merger, the business will operate under the name “Amrut Energy, a Division of Mascot Dynamics.”
The integration marks the formation of Mascot Dynamics’ dedicated Water and Solar Pumping Division, combining the engineering, manufacturing, and distribution strengths of both companies. The move is expected to support expansion across domestic and international markets while strengthening manufacturing capabilities and institutional partnerships.
Company officials stated that the merger has been designed to ensure uninterrupted business operations for existing customers, suppliers, channel partners, and ongoing projects. As part of the transition, Amrut Energy Founder Arvind Patel has joined the Board of Directors of Mascot Dynamics and will lead the newly formed division as Chief Executive Officer.
The agreement also aligns shareholders of Amrut Energy with Mascot Dynamics through equity participation, reinforcing the group’s long-term strategy focused on industrial infrastructure and clean energy growth. The new division operates as a vertically integrated manufacturing business with in-house capabilities spanning solar panels, submersible and surface pumps, and MPPT pump controllers. To date, the company has supplied more than 65,000 solar water pumping systems, delivered over 150 MW of solar panels, and installed more than 11,000 tank structures across multiple regions.
Amrut Energy has established a network of approximately 3,000 channel partners and secured approvals for government-backed solar programs across 15 Indian states, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. The company also holds approvals from Gujarat’s WASMO and Tribal Development Department, supporting rural and last-mile implementation projects.
Commenting on the merger, Arvind Patel said the partnership with Mascot Dynamics will provide stronger institutional support and access to broader engineering resources, enabling the business to scale more effectively while continuing to support customers, dealers, and farming communities.
The division has also expanded internationally, with solar pumping systems deployed across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Australia. These operations are expected to support future export-led growth in markets where demand for solar-powered irrigation and water infrastructure continues to rise. According to the company, installations completed globally and within India have contributed to estimated cumulative carbon emission savings of approximately 696,600 metric tonnes.
Mascot Dynamics Founder Arvind Kamath stated that the merger strengthens the group’s long-term business structure and expands its position as a diversified engineering enterprise. He noted that the company’s strategy is centered on building businesses that combine engineering expertise, strong institutional relationships, and large-scale market opportunities.
With the addition of Amrut Energy, Mascot Dynamics now operates across four business divisions focused on industrial, energy, and environmental infrastructure sectors, positioning the group for future growth in India’s expanding clean energy and engineering markets. Mascot Dynamics is a leading industrial mechanical applications and solutions provider specialising in pumps, compressors, valves, and rotating equipment for sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and infrastructure.
