With Indian Manufacturing SMEs going through serious challenges and simultaneously big opportunities are in the horizon, right mentoring can bring a great difference in their growth.
Aimed at creating awareness about the importance of coaching among Indian Manufacturing SMEs, an event is organized at Bangalore on 6th of September 2019 by Rotary Bangalore Whitefield Central jointly with International Coach Federal (ICF) Bangalore Chapter, Startup Ignition Team, Indfrag Bio-Sciences, C4.0 and Machine Maker.
This round table with manufacturing leaders of Indian SMEs is aimed to discuss problems faced by manufacturing industries. The event is expected to bring pain points of different manufacturers discussed in one platform, and to brainstorm various ideas exploring innovative solutions.
This is a great opportunity for an SME with a vision to reach newer heights in the manufacturing sector, to get mentored by some of the experts in the global coaching arena. The participants are requested to come with their company goals, challenges faced as it will lead to achieving objectives of the event.
The three-hour event is expected to host 30 industry leaders and is scheduled on 6th of September 2019, Friday 5 pm at Indfrag Idea Theatre Bengaluru. The motive of the initiative is to strengthen the manufacturing sector that is a major contributor to the GDP of our country.
