Manoj Ceramic Limited (MCPL) , a leading force in India’s ceramic and tile industry, has officially launched its flagship Display Centre in Dubai, reinforcing its international growth strategy and strengthening its presence in the Middle East. This newly opened centre introduces MCPL’s full range of design-led ceramic products to Dubai—a city rapidly emerging as a global hub for architecture, luxury interiors, and large-scale construction. The launch marks a key milestone in MCPL’s vision of becoming a globally integrated brand serving customers across diverse markets.
The centre showcases an extensive portfolio, including ceramic and porcelain wall and floor tiles (from compact to large-format slab tiles), tile adhesives, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and pipe solutions. Positioned in a prime area within Dubai’s design and construction corridor, it offers an interactive environment for architects, developers, and institutional buyers to experience the brand’s offerings firsthand.
MCPL’s entry into Dubai is also aimed at strengthening market access across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and key African economies. Designed as a B2B hub, the Dubai Display Centre enables faster decision-making, direct collaboration, and real-time client interaction—providing a competitive edge in a fast-moving regional market.
Dubai’s property market has seen prices climb over 75% since 2021, nearing pre-2008 levels at AED 1,750 per sq. ft (Financial Times). Simultaneously, the UAE’s interior design industry is projected to expand from USD 3.58 billion in 2025 to nearly USD 5 billion by 2030 (Mordor Intelligence). With creative districts like Dubai Design District (d3) nurturing innovation, the city offers a powerful platform for MCPL’s expansion.
Commenting on the launch, Dhruv Rakhasiya, Managing Director of MCPL, said “Opening our Dubai Display Centre is a crucial step in aligning MCPL with the pulse of infrastructure and design innovation in the region. The Middle East’s interiors market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 25–30% over the next three years. This expansion strengthens our ability to serve large-scale projects, enhance client proximity, and deliver high-quality, design-forward solutions with speed and precision.” He added that the initiative marks a new chapter in MCPL’s international journey—focused on regional integration, strategic foresight, and long-term value creation through export-led growth.
Founded in 1991 as Manoj and Company, the business began as a trading operation for building materials such as marble, granite, and tiles. Over the years, it evolved into Manoj Ceramic Limited—an internationally recognized, publicly listed ceramic manufacturer.
MCPL specializes in ceramic tiles, adhesives, and interior surface solutions under its own brand, with a distribution network spanning retail showrooms, B2B wholesalers, and global exports. Through ongoing innovation and investment in modern technology, MCPL has established itself as a leader in ceramic manufacturing and design, shaping spaces across homes, offices, and commercial infrastructure worldwide.
