MAHLE is stepping up as a key supplier of high-voltage charging technologies for the international automotive aftermarket, addressing the fast-growing demand for service and maintenance of battery-electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids. With rising vehicle registrations worldwide, workshops are increasingly requiring reliable components and solutions tailored to e-mobility.

The new product line will debut in October 2025 with input filters, followed by onboard chargers by the end of the year. Both products, derived directly from MAHLE’s original equipment portfolio, meet the highest manufacturing standards and will initially be available for Renault, Peugeot, Citroën, DS, and Opel models. Additional high-voltage components and power electronics will be added throughout 2026.

Visitors to IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich (September 9–14) can explore MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility’s full range of e-mobility aftermarket solutions at the MAHLE booth in Hall A1 and in the “Test Drives” area. “By broadening our portfolio for electric and hybrid vehicles, we are equipping our workshop partners for the demands of tomorrow’s mobility,” said Dr Armin Messerer, Director Product Management and Purchasing at MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility. “Customers benefit from MAHLE’s strong position in original equipment, as the same expertise is carried into our spare parts and service business.”

The input filters protect high-voltage batteries and charging electronics from voltage spikes and interference signals during charging, while the onboard chargers convert alternating current (AC) from the grid into direct current (DC) for storage in the battery. As these components are subject to wear over time from aging, vibration, moisture, and heat, their role in the spare parts market will grow significantly.

Alongside these components, MAHLE will also showcase the TechPRO®2 diagnostic tool with intelligent diagnostic capabilities and the E-HEALTH-Charge battery testing solution, further strengthening its aftermarket offering for workshops transitioning into the e-mobility era. MAHLE Aftermarket is a global supplier of high-quality automotive parts and solutions, serving workshops, distributors, and retailers worldwide.

With a strong focus on innovation and reliability, the division offers an extensive product portfolio that includes engine components, filtration, thermal management, electrics, mechatronics, and workshop equipment. Leveraging MAHLE’s deep expertise in original equipment manufacturing, the Aftermarket business ensures that its products meet the highest standards of performance and durability. By supporting the growing demand for maintenance and repair solutions, particularly for electric and hybrid vehicles, MAHLE Aftermarket plays a key role in keeping vehicles efficient, sustainable, and road-ready across diverse markets.
