Mahindra Susten, an independent power provider (IPP), has recently joined forces with Waaree Energies Limited, India’s largest solar PV module manufacturer. This collaboration entails Mahindra Susten procuring 280 MW of solar modules from Waaree Energies Limited.
Since its establishment in 2010, Mahindra Susten has developed around 1.5 GWp of renewable assets as an Independent Power Producer (IPP), solidifying its position as a frontrunner in India’s renewable energy sector. As part of the Mahindra Group’s clean-tech division, the company has completed over 4.2 GWp of renewable projects as an EPC contractor in India and globally.

Mahindra Susten will receive the AHNAY Series, Bi-55 545Wp modules, with delivery scheduled for the third quarter of Fiscal 2025. These modules are designed as bifacial Glass-to-Glass modules and come with a 30-year output performance guarantee. Waaree Energies Limited’s successful bid for this project was aided by its commitment to maintaining high product quality and timely delivery.
