Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL), one of India’s leading third-party logistics companies, has announced that its board has approved a rights issue of equity shares worth up to ₹750 crore. The offer will be extended to eligible shareholders of the company and is intended to strengthen the balance sheet and support future expansion plans.

India’s logistics landscape is undergoing a rapid transformation, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. With the rise of infrastructure development, government-backed initiatives, and surging e-commerce activity, businesses are increasingly looking for integrated and scalable supply chain services. Mahindra Logistics is well-equipped to serve this evolving demand with its national footprint, including over 20.8 million square feet of warehousing space. This includes a growing portfolio of energy-efficient, multi-client facilities that currently exceed 5 million square feet and are set for further expansion in FY26.

MLL’s strategic vision rests on four key pillars: offering integrated solutions, broadening its range of services, accelerating digital innovation, and driving operational excellence. The company is focused on building a customer-first, tech-enabled logistics platform that ensures visibility, speed, and adaptability across the value chain. With proprietary technology solutions developed in-house, Mahindra Logistics delivers customized services tailored to the unique needs of different industries.

Operating with an asset-light model, MLL works closely with a wide network of partners and associates. This approach enables the company to maintain operational flexibility while expanding its reach across the country, particularly in high-growth regions. The rights issue proceeds will primarily be used to repay or prepay outstanding borrowings—either in full or part—for the company and some of its subsidiaries. Remaining funds will be allocated toward general corporate purposes.

Mahindra Logistics is a full-service third-party logistics provider, offering end-to-end supply chain and enterprise mobility solutions. The company serves over 400 enterprise clients across industries such as automotive, consumer goods, engineering, and e-commerce. Its asset-light approach allows it to deliver agile, cost-effective, and tech-enabled services across India.

Established in 1945, the Mahindra Group is one of India’s most diversified business groups, with a workforce of over 260,000 across 100+ countries. It holds leadership positions in sectors including agriculture, mobility, IT, financial services, hospitality, and real estate.
