Mahindra Group Launches Steer Hybren as a Subsidiary of Mahindra Susten

The Mahindra Group has established Steer Hybren Private Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Susten Private Limited. Incorporated on November 29, 2024, in Mumbai, the new entity is designed to enhance the group’s presence in renewable energy solutions. Steer Hybren will operate as an Independent Power Producer (IPP), focusing on rooftop solar systems for commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential applications.

Its portfolio will also include energy storage systems and other renewable energy projects. The subsidiary has an initial paid-up capital of ₹15 lakh, comprising 1,50,000 equity shares entirely subscribed by Mahindra Susten. Through Steer Hybren, the Mahindra Group aims to address the rising demand for sustainable energy across diverse sectors.
