LTM, a Larsen & Toubro Group company, has expanded its collaboration with Google Cloud to help enterprises adopt and scale Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise AI platform. The partnership will combine Gemini Enterprise capabilities with LTM’s industry expertise, engineering resources and global delivery network to support the development and deployment of AI-powered business solutions.
As part of the expanded collaboration, LTM will invest in a dedicated Gemini Enterprise Center of Excellence (CoE), specialised talent and delivery capabilities, and industry-specific AI solutions. These capabilities will be showcased at an upcoming Gemini Enterprise Customer Experience Center, where businesses will be able to explore applications of AI across their operations.
The collaboration will focus on three areas. The first is the establishment of the Gemini Enterprise CoE, bringing together AI, cloud and industry specialists to support enterprise-scale deployments. The second involves building specialised delivery teams, including Forward Deployed Engineers and professionals trained in Google’s Gemini AI models. Advanced training and certification programmes will help these teams take high-value AI projects from initial development to production.
The third area is the development of industry-focused AI solutions for banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), manufacturing, retail and consumer packaged goods, media and entertainment, and energy and utilities. These solutions will be demonstrated at the planned customer experience centre.
The partnership aims to help enterprises move beyond isolated AI pilot projects and incorporate AI into business processes at scale. By combining industry knowledge with Gemini Enterprise, LTM will support the development of intelligent workflows and AI agents, while helping organisations address requirements related to governance, security and operational deployment.
“Enterprises are looking to move beyond AI experimentation and scale adoption with clear business outcomes. Through our expanded collaboration with Google Cloud around Gemini Enterprise, we are combining advanced AI capabilities, specialized talent, and industry expertise to help clients accelerate transformation and realize business value faster,” said Krishnan Iyer, Chief Growth Officer, LTM.
The expanded collaboration comes as businesses seek ways to integrate generative AI and intelligent automation into enterprise systems. LTM plans to use its engineering and transformation capabilities to help clients identify relevant applications, develop solutions and deploy them across business functions.
