L&T has recently secured one of its largest orders for LNG equipment in the USA, further solidifying its global reputation for delivering high-quality products. In addition, L&T has made a major breakthrough with an order for a loop reactor for a Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) Polypropylene (PP) plant in Turkey. Further expanding its presence in the energy sector, L&T has secured a prestigious repeat order from a leading oil & gas client in Saudi Arabia for a Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) revamp project. This order underscores the company’s reliability in delivering innovative solutions for complex brownfield projects. It also showcases L&T’s proven track record in maintaining long-term relationships with major clients in the oil and gas industry, providing critical support for ongoing operational improvements.
L&T’s expertise extends beyond the oil and gas industry, with the company recently winning an order to supply critical components, including hydrocracker reactors and high-pressure heat exchangers, for a major project in Kuwait. On the domestic front, L&T Heavy Engineering continues to lead in India’s fertiliser sector, securing orders for three urea reactors from prominent companies. These include Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation (SPIC), which is set to receive India’s longest urea reactor, as well as Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Ltd (IFFCO) and Indorama India Private Ltd.
These orders reinforce L&T’s dominance in the Indian fertiliser market, reflecting its continued success in delivering high-quality engineering solutions across diverse industries. These contracts bring the total number of urea reactor orders secured in recent years to 17, solidifying L&T’s leadership in supplying critical equipment for the fertiliser industry.
