LONGi, in collaboration with SolarSquare, has successfully installed a 342 kW solar power system featuring advanced Hi-MO 5 panels at a residential complex in Bengaluru. This solar initiative, launched seven months ago, is already delivering tangible benefits, generating 340,000 units of clean energy and saving the complex up to $47,736 annually on electricity costs. Leveraging the efficiency of LONGi’s high-performance solar modules and the cost advantages of rooftop solar, the project is expected to recover its investment within 4.75 years.
Before adopting solar energy, the residents incurred annual electricity bills of approximately $143,305. With the new system, they are projected to save between $47,768 and $53,768 annually, cutting electricity expenses by around 33%.
